Sports have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing baseball, basketball, and running track, but my main focus was always soccer. I played competitive soccer for about 15 years. I ended my competitive soccer career as a member of the '93 and '94 Temple University soccer team.

After my soccer career, I transitioned into martial arts, dedicating 4 years to Kung Fu, 8 years to Capoeira, and 8 years to MMA. Through Capoeira(a Brazilian martial art that blends acrobatics, martial arts, and fluid movement) and my time at Rick’s All-American Gymnastics, I discovered my passion for tumbling and acrobatics.

I’ve been coaching tumbling for 14 years, sharing my love for tumbling, acrobatics, and movement with students of all ages. My coaching journey began at Rick’s All-American Gymnastics and Tumble Techs Gymnastics, where I spent 10 years helping athletes reach their goals. I then spent 2 years coaching private lessons at a cheerleading academy before taking the leap to open my own gym, Level Up Tumbling, in July 2023.

Along with coaching, I was a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for 14 yrs

I’m dedicated to helping others build confidence, agility, strength, flexibility, endurance, and skill through tumbling, and I’m excited to continue inspiring, cultivating, and unlocking potential and talent in all athletes at Level Up Tumbling.
